WAAA Partners with MIRA

WAAA and The Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA) are actively partnering in Massachusetts to advance immigration issues and reform.  By joinging forces, the immigration population in Massachusetts will mobilize in greater numbers to shed light on the numerous immigration issues in the state of Massachusetts. MIRA  is the only organization in Massachusetts that brings together groups serving immigrants and refugees from many parts of the world, of various nationalities, races, and ethnicities.  MIRA is a dynamic, multi-ethnic, multi-racial coalition that actively involves hundreds of grassroots immigrant organizations, human services agencies, legal service providers, religious groups, and human rights groups in cooperative efforts to improve the lives of immigrants and refugees.
